Paolo Maria Caccialanza, Attorney-at-law

Paolo Maria Caccialanza graduated in law with honours from the University of Milan with a dissertation on criminal law entitled “Immigration-related crimes and the protection of personal freedom of foreign nationals”. Supervisor: Prof. Francesco Viganò. 

A practicing lawyer since 2014, Caccialanza is a member of the Milan Bar Association. 

He has been working with Baccaredda Boy law firm since 2010, first as a trainee lawyer and later on as a full-fledged lawyer.  While working at Baccaredda Boy Law Firm, he has gained particular skills in the field of labour law, dealing with cases of occupational disease and work-related accidents, as well as in the area of environmental law, participating in nationally prominent criminal trials relating to environmental problems caused by industrial estates. In addition to offering its consulting services to a leading insurance company and a renowned auction house, Caccialanza also deals with AML regulations, tax and bankruptcy law, assisting entrepreneurs, managers and legal persons where administrative liability for entities applies per legislative decree 231/2001.

Paolo Maria Caccialanza has also been a teaching fellow at the Cesare Beccaria Institute of Crime Science of the University of Milan.
