Alessia Molteni graduated in law with honours from the University of Insubria with a dissertation on constitutional law entitled “The rehabilitating function of punishment: theoretical views and applications in the jurisprudence”. Supervisor: Prof. Marilisa D’Amico.
Alessia Molteni has been a member of the Como Bar Association since 2004.
She began her professional career focusing on both civil law and criminal law.
Alessia Molteni has worked for the firm since 2006 and has acquired a specific set of skills in the field of criminal law in matters of corporate and financial crimes, environmental crimes and crimes against minors. In the last few years, she has also delved into the field of occupational health hazards, offering her assistance both in court and out of court.
For a few years following her graduation, Alessia Molteni was a teaching fellow with the Constitutional Law department (headed by Prof. Marilisa D’Amico) as well as with the department of History of Italian law – Advanced course (Prof. Cristina Danusso) – at the University of Insubria, where she taught courses, held seminars and examined students.
Alessia Molteni has collaborated with legal journals and regularly participates in seminars and conferences as a keynote speaker.
