Ercole Conforti graduated in law with full marks, from the ‘Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore’ of Milan, with a dissertation on criminal law entitled “La bancarotta fraudolenta societaria” (Corporate bankruptcy fraud) supervised by Prof. Mario Romano.
He has worked for the firm since 2001 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2004.
Over the course of his professional career, Ercole Conforti has become specialized in the field of corporate and economic criminal law and, more specifically, in the area of bankruptcy crimes, cybercrimes and medical negligence liability. He has also been involved in cases of offences against public administration, environmental crimes as well as negligence following violations of regulations aimed at preventing occupational hazards, health risks and injuries.
Ercole Conforti also provides legal counsel in the areas of corporate criminal law both for Italian and international companies working in the pharmaceutical, chemical and telecommunications sectors.
He is a lecturer on the two-year programme in Techniques and deontological ethics for the registration of court-appointed defence lawyers run by the Milan Criminal Lawyers Association and the Milan Bar Association as well as on the Bar exam-preparation course run by the Libera Associazione Forense.
