Stefano Lalomia graduated in law, with full marks, from the University of Milan, defending his dissertation on criminal law entitled “La responsabilità oggettiva nel concorso di persone nel reato” (Objective responsibility and accomplice liability), supervised by Prof. Giorgio Marinucci.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1999 and has had the right of audience to appear before the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) since 2012.
Starting from 1995 Stefano Lalomia has been working at Baccaredda Boy law firm, where he has garnered professional experience in the field of economic and financial criminal law with a special focus on corporate law, tax law, bankruptcy law in addition to environmental crimes, offences against the public administration and health and work safety.
Immediately after earning his degree, Stefano Lalomia became a teaching fellow at the Institute for Criminal law at the University of Milan, where he collaborated with Prof. Giorgio Marinucci and Prof. Emilio Dolcini.
Since 2000 he has been a member of the editorial committee of the “Il Foro Ambrosiano” law journal and, from 2009 to 2015, was a member of the academic and coordinating committee of the Criminal Defence School for the certification of court-appointed lawyers run by the Milan Bar Association and the Milan Criminal Lawyers Association.
