Founded in 1994 by Carlo Baccaredda Boy, Atty, Baccaredda Boy Law Firm brings together some of the top law graduates. The firm stands out for its engagement with academic research, publications, and participation in numerous conferences and seminars.

The firm advises individuals and legal entities in the areas of corporate law and economics as well as environmental law. It provides ongoing consultancy in Corporate Compliance & Investigations, serving both small companies and multinational corporations.

Specialised expertise includes corporate administrative liability (including advisory services and drafting of organisational models), cybercrime, offences against public administration, medical and healthcare liability, and workplace safety.

In the corporate sector, the firm has represented clients in landmark proceedings, from Banco Ambrosiano to Parmalat, Banca Etruria, Unipol/BNL, UBI Banca, and the Telecom case. It has also been involved in high-profile matters such as the Linate air disaster, the collapse of the Morandi Bridge in Genoa, the Porto Marghera petrochemical plant, the ex-Ilva steelworks in Taranto, and proceedings concerning the industrial sites of Bussi, Spinetta Marengo, Mantova, and renewable energy facilities.

Several members of the firm are registered with the Milan Criminal Bar Association, where Mr. Carlo Baccaredda Boy served for many years on its advisory board. They are also involved in different capacities in the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Digital Forensics Association (DFA) and regularly engage in teaching activities.
