Luigi Tassinari, Attorney-at-law

Luigi Tassinari graduated magna cum laude in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2018, with a dissertation on criminal procedure titled “Fast-track Trial and Decidability under Present Conditions”, supervised by Prof. Gianluca Varraso and co-supervised by Prof. Enrico Maria Mancuso.

In 2020, he was admitted to the Bar and joined the Milan Bar Association. After working at a leading law firm, he has been with Baccaredda Boy Law Firm since November 2021.

Tassinari has gained extensive experience in corporate criminal liability, with a particular focus on tax and bankruptcy offenses, as well as crimes arising from workplace negligence. He also serves on the boards of several supervisory bodies.

Since November 2023, he has been a member of the Business Crime Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). He completed the “Cesare Beccaria” advanced training course at the University of Milan, enhancing his expertise in criminal law and procedure as well as corporate compliance and prevention, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud measures.
