Luigi Tassinari, Attorney-at-law

Luigi Tassinari graduated in law magna cum laude in 2018 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a dissertation on criminal procedure titled “Fast-track trial and decidability under present conditions”. Supervisor: Prof. Gianluca Varraso and co-supervisor Prof. Enrico Maria Mancuso.

In 2020 Tassinari was admitted to the Bar and joined the Milan Bar Association. After serving a stint in a leading law firm where he deepened his knowledge of corporate and tax criminal law, Tassinari has been working with Baccaredda Boy Law Firm since November 2021.

Luigi Tassinari has earned considerable experience in corporate criminal law, with a special focus on tax and bankruptcy crimes as well crimes deriving from workplace negligence.

Luigi Tassinari is a regular speaker at Punto di diritto penale dell’economia dell’economia (Reporting on criminal law and economics), a fortnightly webinar organized by Partner 24 Ore, a network sponsored by Sole24ore, partner of Baccaredda Boy Law Firm.

Since November 2023 he has been a member of the Business Crime Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Luigi Tassinari has been a member of the IBA’s Business Crime Committee since November 2023.

Luigi Tassinari is currently attending the Cesare Beccaria postgraduate course at the University of Milan to broaden his knowledge of compliance and prevention (money laundering, corruption and fraud) in addition to honing his criminal law and criminal procedure skills.
