Cassation Lawyer, graduated with top honors from the University of Milan, has been practicing for thirty years at Studio Legale Baccaredda Boy, following earlier collaborations with other law firms, always in the field of criminal law.

Tax criminal law, corporate criminal law, and labour criminal law.

Cybercrime and intellectual property criminal law.

Medical criminal liability and protection.

She was involved in the proceedings concerning the Linate air disaster and — on behalf of Studio Baccaredda Boy — recently handled the case relating to the Via Antonini Tower fire in Milan.

Member of the Digital Forensics Alumni Association (DFA); she further develops her research on the use of Artificial Intelligence in criminal law.

She served as a member of the Management Committee of the Justice and Protection, Childhood and Adolescence Fund (now GiTIA, established within the Fondazione di Comunità Milano Città), aimed at supporting projects involving minors engaged in judicial proceedings.

Together with colleagues, judges and academics, she founded the Milan Section of LA.P.E.C.

Throughout her professional career, she has focused on providing criminal law assistance to vulnerable individuals.
