Marta Sottocasa, Attorney-at-law

Marta Sottocasa earned her honours degree from the University of Milan with a dissertation on criminal law entitled “The protection and sexual integrity of minors according to EU directive 2001/93”. Supervisor: Francesco Viganò.

She has been collaborating with the Firm first as a trainee lawyer and, since 2016, as a practicing lawyer. She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.

Marta Sottocasa has since been able to acquire specific skills while investigating criminal trials of national importance in the field of banking and financial law as well as environmental law.
