Luigi Tassinari, Attorney-at-law

Graduated with honors in Law in 2018 from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a thesis in Criminal Procedural Law entitled “Abbreviated Trial and Decidability on the Basis of the Case File”, supervised by Prof. Avv. Gianluca Varraso and co-supervised by Prof. Avv. Enrico Maria Mancuso.
In 2020 he obtained admission to the legal profession and is registered with the Milan Bar Association; after collaborating with a leading law firm, since November 2021 he has been working with Studio Legale Baccaredda Boy.
He has gained experience in corporate criminal law, with particular focus on bankruptcy and tax offences, as well as negligent crimes relating to workplace safety.
He is also a member of Supervisory Bodies.
Since November 2023 he has been a member of the Business Crime Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
He attended the “Cesare Beccaria” advanced training course at the University of Milan, deepening and expanding his expertise, not only in criminal law and criminal procedure, but also in corporate compliance and prevention (anti-money laundering, anti-corruption and anti-fraud).
He collaborates with the journal “L’indice penale”.
